Biography

1. What is your professional/educational background?

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Franklin University, Columbus, Ohio. I spent 28 years in Medical and Specialty Pharmacy Sales covering multi-state geography

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

I have always had an interest in real estate, and have found it interesting to watch the market. I appreciate the flexibility of the job, as well as the opportunity to work it as my own business.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

I have been very fortunate to have lived in Granville, Ohio for the last 21+ years. The quaintness of the Village, the friendliness of the people, the committed school system are just a few of the incredible attributes of being a Granville resident.

4. How do you spend your free time?

I most favorite way to spend my time is relaxing at home. I absolutely love being with my two kids, 21 & 19 who are both OSU Buckeyes!

5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

A special picture, a ring, a blanket, a pillow and my glasses.

6. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you?

Ami Boch Rocks! Right out of the gate, we knew we were in the best hands possible. Ami actively listened to us as we shared our goals and objectives, and shared her knowledge & insights about the current market. She provided ideas on things we could and should do to get ready for the listing, including tips on staging our home for maximum impact. She also provided critical advice about the valuation of the home and how to attract the most prospective buyers. With that info in hand, we promoted our home as "Coming Soon" and shared a few teaser pics that generated a ton of interest even before our home was officially on the market. Once the listing was active, we had multiple showings and were in contract in just 3 or 4 days. She held our hands thru the entire process and made it absolutely pain free. We closed on time and accomplished every goal we set out to do. And best of all, we're excited that the home we loved for 10 years is going to be in good hands with a new family that loves it as much as we did!! Ami Boch rocks!!!

Ami is great - she was dedicated and hard working for us. She was always available by phone, text, and in person when necessary to answer questions and resolve any issues that came up. Her communication to us during the entire process was clear and detailed. Ami is also very organized - the way she scheduled listing, pictures, showings, inspections, etc was flawless. We recommend Ami to anyone buying or selling and in our case she handled both at the same time!
